Nissin Dekauma is a series of big volume instant noodles that can cater to the needs of filling instant noodles. This product is an abura soba featuring thick noodles and robust soy sauce seasoned with a pork broth.
Abura soba literally means "oil noodles" which is a soup-less ramen served with a seasoned oil. This new-format-ramen is designed to enjoy the noodles more by mixing with the oil and toppings. Despite its name, abura soba is usually less salty and lower calorie than the conventional ramens.
A filling instant food that contains 130g of the noodles: this portion is approximately 50% greater than the standard-sized yakisoba noodles in Japan.
What makes this instant abura soba irresistible is its seasoning oil because it is based on a soy sauce with plenty of lard and flavorful sesame oil. The oil's taste and scent is worth trying.
The noodles are medium thick and mixed with a garlic. Enjoy the combination of pork broth soy sauce and chewy garlic noodles.

Peel the lid to about a third and take a packet inside it. This packet includes the seasoning oil and will use later.
Pour the hot water into the cup until the water level reaches the line inside the cup, which is approximately 700ml. Wait for 5 minutes.
Peel off a small lid attached on one of the four corners of the lid, which has a drainage water holes. Drain the water from here, make sure to drain all the water and hold the opened lid to prevent noodles leakage.
Remove the whole lid, and add the seasoned oil.
Mix well, and your abura soba is ready to eat. To make it tastier, add black pepper, mayonnaise, and anything you desire.
