Nissin Ramen Yasan series is one of the manufacturer's instant noodles brands which offers Hokkaido-style ramens. This one features a salt flavor, the standard ramen in Hakodate city.
Hokkaido is the northernmost island on Japan, and Hakodate is a port city locating at the southern side of Hokkaido, and also famous for the quality fresh seafoods.
This product is a recreation of Hakodate-style salt ramen. The soup is made from rich but non-greasy scallop dashi while the extra-chewy, wavy noodles made with Hokkaido whole-wheat have an excellent elasticity and mouth feel.
Enjoy the taste of Hakodate salty ramen that got evaluated positively from the Hokkaido locals.
