Nissin Raoh Champon Ramen features a rich soup made with pork and seafood and the great texture of thick non-fried noodles that have been made to bring as much flavor with them into each bite.
Champon, also known as chanpon, is a local ramen dish in Nagasaki that usually consists of thick noodles, vegetables, sliced pork, and seafood. Its soup is robust and pairs very well with vegetables.
The Nissin Raoh series of instant ramen pairs the right noodle with the right broth, so you can experience something different with each variety. In this case, the product features thick and straight noodles, which are characterized by their firmness and chewy texture.
The broth goes perfectly with the noodles: a thick, champon soup which has the deep flavor of pork and seafood, with the addition of sesame oil.
Bring 450ml of water to a boil, add the noodles and boil them for 4 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the soup base and condiments that come in separate bags into a bowl.
Put the noodles and hot water into the bowl and stir well before eating.
You can also enjoy this ramen by cooking it with a frypan. To do so, stir-fry ingredients including sliced pork belly, cabbage, bean sprouts, green onion, and a pinch of salt. You can add or change ingredients according to your preferences.
Then, add 450ml of water, bring it to a boil, add noodles and cook them for 5 minutes at medium heat.
Turn off the heat, add soup and seasoning oil to the pan, stir well, then transfer the mixture to a bowl.
