Fueki Kinbue Saishikomi Nama Shoyu is a double-brewed soy sauce with a naturally deep flavor and aroma. It goes awesomely with sashimi and meat, as well as oily dishes.
By brewing twice, the aroma of the ingredients become richer and the saltiness is decreased. As a result, this makes it easy to consume.
It is made using selected natural ingredients and fermented in wooden barrels at the manufacturer’s brewery. These are core features of traditional artisan soy sauce.
This soy sauce is classified as nama shoyu (raw soy sauce). It is a soy sauce that is made without a heating process, so you can sense the aroma and umami of ingredients in a clearer way than for normal soy sauces.
