Yano Farm is a family-owned farm that has been crafting delicious umeboshi (pickled plums) since 1961. They produce a variety of umeboshi called "Toyo no Ka Ume," using traditional methods handed down in Japan since ancient times, with unique improvements focusing on ingredients and preparation. Across generations, Yano Farm's umeboshi plums are made in Oyama Town, Oita, with the whole family dedicating time and effort to making each one.
"Toyo no Ka Ume" is made from plums carefully grown on the farm, picked, dried in the garden, and pickled with homegrown shiso to bring out their vibrant colors. It is a masterpiece that the Yano family takes pride in, as they are solely committed to producing the best plums.
