This is instant shio yakisoba (salt flavor fried noodles), which is another variation of yakisoba noodles with a mellow flavor and seafood umami.
What makes this product different from other instant yakisobas is the fact that noodles will be ready to eat only a minute after pouring the hot water. It is the perfect food to deal with a sudden craving.
Made with Ako salt and seasoned with extracts of scallop and kombu, the sauce has a rich taste but also a refreshing aftertaste compared with normal yakisoba.
Peel off the lid just below halfway and remove all the packets (dehydrated soup, seasoning oil, and garnish) from the cup.
Open the garnish package (the transparent one) and add it to the cup, then pour hot water until the water level reaches the line on the inner side of the cup.
After pouring, close the lid and wait for 1 minute.
Peel off a small lid attached to one of the four corners of the lid, which has drainage water holes. Drain the water from here, making sure to drain all the water, and hold the opened lid to prevent leakage of noodles.
Remove all of the lid, and add powdered sauce and seasoning oil. Mix these well, and your yakisoba is ready to eat.
