Made simply from Japanese brown sugar and specially-selected rice koji, this liquor is a blend of two different distilled shochu liquors which have been aged in separate oak barrels before being blended to create a perfect balance.
With flavor notes of brown sugar, oak, raisins and caramel, this fantastically rich liquor can be enjoyed best on the rocks. Its flavor gradually changes as the ice melts, giving you a unique tasting experience as you finish your glass.
If you'd prefer to drink it mixed, make a highball with soda water for a refreshing summer drink.
