Real strained bananas and coffee are used to make the cream. Coffee is also added on the dough to make the raccoon image on the cake.

Although the banana cake was tasty, this company had the audacity to send out a box that expired 1 DAY after it arrived to my home. They lied and said it had a short shelf life but in reality they were just trying to get away with items ont their shelves that were expiring out. They were also slow to provide tracking information btw, I had to reach out twice for it. A very disappointing experience overall. Found these same cakes at a local Japanese market a couple of days ago with an expiration date MONTHS out. That’s how I know these ppl lied. Bad business ethics.
