From growing the sugarcane to distilling and bottling, every step takes place on the island. It is made using only the first pressing of freshly harvested sugarcane and bottled at its natural 60% ABV without dilution or blending.
It features fresh sugarcane, green apple, kiwi, citrus, and subtle grassy notes with a clean, vibrant finish. Enjoy it neat to experience its full aroma and character, over ice for a smoother sip, or as the base for premium cocktails.
Its distinctive octagonal bottle is inspired by the Portuguese matchlock gun, a symbol of Tanegashima's rich history.
