Use the inner curve of a mascara wand.
Wiggle the wand when applying the mascara to the eyelash roots.
Slide the wand towards the tips when applying the mascara to the eyelash tips without wiggling.
When cleansing, wet the lashes well with warm water, wash off the lashes with a facial wash in a gentle circular motion. It is okay to use cleanser before washing the lashes.

You are absolutely right—this mascara is specifically formulated for its strong waterproof capabilities, which is why it stays on so well throughout the day. We understand that while this is a benefit for long wear, it can make the removal process a bit more challenging than usual.
To make removal easier, we recommend soaking your lashes with warm water first to soften the formula, followed by your regular cleanser. However, since this product is designed to be highly resistant to water and oil, using a dedicated waterproof makeup remover is the most effective way to remove it gently without rubbing.
