I am from Japan, but I was astonished with the quality of this Senbei (rice crackers). The quality of nori is great, the crackers are extremely light and crunchy, and the sour sauce flavor was fantastic. In fact, I would even say this is one of the bests of thousands of rice crackers I must have eaten. Small packages ensures that each batch stays fresh and crispy.
