It's been about 50 years since I left Japan. France lives in Alsace. Even though I wanted to eat this baumkuchen from Juheim, I couldn't get it and gave up, then by chance I found this site and placed an order, and it arrived. After all, it's delicious. When I fed it to my American-French wife, they liked it, and it was declared mine, and it was taken. Well, I'm stealing and hiding, but I need to reorder soon. Baumkuchen seems to have originated in the German Black Forest region on the opposite bank of the Rhine flowing through Alsace, and there is a baumkuchen there, but it's not similar even if it's similar to this Juchheim. Japanese people are happy.
