I ordered 3 packs of the same product. I have opened 1 as of date. This package was oddly shaped so out of curosity I decided to use it 1st. I felt the sheet masks to more dried out than compared to many i have used before. I could not see any sign of damage to container( except deformed) so cannot say for sure. Other than that the shipping and delivery was smooth.
