Instant sauce from Shinjuku Nakamuraya brand to easily prepare hot and savory Mapo Tofu at home.
The sauce has minced meat with rich spiciness of aged Doubanjiang (hot chilli bean paste) and sichuan pepper. All you need to add is Tofu, Green Onion, and Sesame Oil.
Cut 300g of tofu and 20g of green onion into square pieces.
Add the sauce and tofu into a pan and cook with high heat until it boils.
Lower the heat and add the green onion and one spoon of sesame oil.
