Despite the fact that this product is a soft candy, it has pretty tough texture! As you chew and suck on the candy it gets softer, meaning you can enjoy it for a long time. The brownish powder coated on the candy is a sour umeboshi powder. Initially this candy is quite sour, and when the powders melt the taste gradually turns sweet.
