I used this on the couch for cat hair and it actually didn't do a good job at all. It's suggested to use light touch when sweeping the surface, I tried light touch and not so light and really just not that great. Back to the vacuum cleaner daily I guess. Really wanted to like it as read such a good reviews of this product. Also I do understand that some hairs just won't be lifted but this did poorly for my couch.
