I've used Apagard brand toothpaste for mine and my daughter's teeth for several years now. The flavours are nice, our teeth ACTUALLY feel clean, and then some.
In the case of this (the kid's) toothpaste my daughter adores the Ramune flavour. It's kind of a lemonade type of taste, without being sugary. It has no fluoride, so even if she swallow it it's safe. It also has enamel restoring ingredients (nano Medical Hydroxyapatite) which you cannot find in North American toothpastes.
If you're switching over, just be aware: your teeth may feel like they are 'tight' for the first week. That's the Hydroxyapatite doing it's job, and you'll stop having the feeling over time. If it's painful though, discontinue use.
