The formula is ethyl alcohol-free and paraben-free, making it suitable for everyday use without a harsh feel.
You can choose two texture options based on your preference and skin condition:

After cleansing, use morning and evening. Take an appropriate amount into your palm and gently apply over the face. Approximate amount to use: about the size of a 500 yen coin.
