This yuzu soda is crafted from pesticide-free yuzu grown in Tosayama. The whole fruit, including peel, is squeezed to create a slightly concentrated, crisp soda with the rich aroma and subtle bitterness of yuzu peel. The coarse pulp and full peel allow the flavor of the entire fruit to shine, sweetened naturally with beet sugar.
The water comes from the headwaters of the Kagami River, chosen as one of Japan’s 100 best waters of the Heisei era, ensuring purity and quality. While best enjoyed chilled, it is also popular as a mixer for highballs, sours, shochu, and other cocktails.
