Using only high-quality and organically cultivated sake rice from Hyogo prefecture, they have been able to successfully create a cooking sake that is characterized by its golden color, mellowness, and rich-bodied flavor.
In fact, this cooking sake is brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice, which is said to be the king of sake rice in the sake community. It is a pure rice sake that is delicious enough to drink on its own.
