Wash sweet potatoes and put them in the pot while still slightly damp. Make sure the lid is securely on, and place the pot over medium heat.
Cook until done (for 200g of sweet potatoes, roughly 40 minutes). When they start to smell fragrant, stick a skewer or toothpick into the potatoes. If it goes in without resistance, they are ready.
After use, rinse the pot with hot water immediately, dry completely, and store in a dry place.
