The Sori Yanagi kitchen knife is an all-metal Japanese chef knife that is sharp, durable and easy-to-use.
Triple layered blade with a core layer made of special stainless steel blended with molybdenum vanadium. The core layer is then sandwiched between layers of 13 chrome stainless steel. This makes the knife sharper, more durable and corrosion resistant compared to knives made of regular stainless steel.

The ergonomic handle gives little fatigue even in heavy duty cooking thanks to the knife’s ideal weight balance between blade and handle. The handle’s curved form allows comfortable gripping with less slippage.
All parts of this knife are metallic, making it more hygienic and easier to clean.
